Refund Policy
Last updated: June 17, 2026
We want you to be happy with Murmur. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund and how to request one. It applies to paid Murmur subscriptions and should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Free Plan
The Free plan is free forever — there is nothing to refund. You can try the core features at no cost before upgrading to Pro.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. This applies to your initial purchase of a Pro subscription, whether monthly or annual.
3. Renewals
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. We send a reminder before annual renewals so you have time to cancel. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to keep, contact us within 7 days and we will review your request in good faith.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@murmurforme.com from the address associated with your account and include:
- The email used for your Murmur account
- The date of the charge
- A brief reason for the request (optional, but it helps us improve)
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
6. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal (sign in with the email you used at checkout). Cancelling stops future charges; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund for the current period unless you qualify under the sections above.
7. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service. Any applicable taxes or third-party payment fees may be non-refundable where required by law.
